Masquerade

This piece is hand-carved from bovine bone and hand-painted by a master Balinese painter. Sometimes a masquerade covers up who we really are and sometimes it allows us to be more of who we really are, allowing us to have fun with this alternate character. Which would you be if you wore this mask? The piece is on a hand-knotted Thai amulet cord with a glass bead for closure.
