Please read our Terms and Conditions before using our website, www.susantereba.com. By using the site you are bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any participation in this website will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, then please don’t use our website.
Everything on this site is owned by Susan Tereba and is protected by international copyright law. This includes our logo, headers, images, text and graphics. Please do not use anything on this site without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to terminate any account should there be a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Once we receive your order and payment online through the secure website we will ship within 5 to 10 business days. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs in your country. The buyer is responsible for any customs duty charged in their country.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion
All purchases from Susan Tereba World on a String are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Once the items pass onto the carrier the buyer is responsible for the risk of loss and title for the items.
The buyer agrees to submit all details necessary to create the custom piece. Once we receive payment for a custom order we will begin creating it. This can take up to six weeks before we can ship the item to the buyer. We will email photographs of the finished piece for approval before shipping.
PRIVACY & ACCOUNTS
We only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to process the order and communicate with you about your order. Your personal information with not be shared with any other entity.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and password with us. You accept and agree to be responsible for any activities associated with your account. If you are under 18 years of age you may use this site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
World on a String stands behind the products we make and are confident that you’ll find your order goes beyond your expectations. If however you aren’t satisfied with your order please contact us immediately for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We’ll gladly exchange your purchase, provided we are contacted within 7 days of receipt of the order.
Do not return the items to Bali. We will give you a specific address for returns. The return must be received within 10 days of the RA# issue. The RA# must be written on the outside of the box.
Original shipping fees will not be credited.
There will be no credit or exchange if we determine the item has been used or worn.
Please keep in mind that each of our pieces is individually handmade, therefore each piece is a unique piece of ‘wearable art’.
Note that not all monitors show colors the same so what we post from our computer may vary in color on your computer or device.
- All items must be in their original packaging and include the packing slip and a copy of the invoice.
- No credit will be given for items that arrive back to us damaged.
- All items must be in resalable condition.
- Credit will be applied to your account for use towards future purchases.
- No credit card refunds will be given.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of the invoice.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
- No returns will be accepted on special order items.
- No returns will be accepted on items purchased from our Tucson trade shows.
Should an item be defective we will exchange it for another one and will pay the shipping costs. Should you want to exchange because of color preference or desiring other designs, you will pay the shipping and insurance and pay any cost difference.
Product credit or replacement will occur once the returned item is received at our facility in California. Refunds are only available to the original purchaser of an item. Please be sure to include your invoice, packing slip in the original packaging. Contact us for the shipping address.
